Classification: I.G.T Colli della Toscana Centrale (Supertuscan)

Grape Varieties Blend: Sangiovese 70%, Cabernet Sauvignon 30%

Vinification: Separate fermentation for each variety on controlled temperature (25° to 30° C) without " governo".

Maturation and Refinement: French Oak (Allier, Nevers, Tronçais, Vosges) 90% and American Oak (West Cumberland) 10% barriques, then long refinement in bottle (1 year).

Flavour:  Warm, full bodied with elegant tannins, very persistant, a long delicious licorish, vanilla and  spices finish.  .
